In Cost Rica is very important the colors, the pictures, the persons, the slogan, the information, the price in all cases.
Its very necesary the name of the company. Some time the advertising in Costa Rica is very bad, but sometimes its interesting, for example the " tortillas le fogón" is very humorous. I think this example is very effective, but many people dont think that.
